How to Make the Whisky and Pineapple Juice

  • Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  • Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1.25 oz of pineapple juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch whisky into a shaker
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  • Strain into the rocks glass
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges on a cocktail skewer
