Salted butter

Butter salt is produced by separating or whipping cream from cow's milk with the addition of edible salt. It contains a fat-soluble vitamin A and beta-carotene. The yellower the product is, the more of these nutrients it contains. One bar spoon contains around 0,15 oz of butter salt. Stored in the refrigerator for up to 20 days.
