Dimitris Kiakos, recipe sufficient for 10.5 oz: mix 6 oz of granulated cane sugar, 10.5 oz of coconut milk and 0.35 oz of ground vanilla pods in a saucepan. Boil on a medium heat for 15 minutes. Add a couple of pinches of sea salt and sieve the resulting mix.
