Homemade orange and horseradish syrup

Michael Mas, recipe sufficient for 35 oz: mix 35 oz of sugar and 0,5 oz of grated horseradish with 35 oz of orange juice. Leave to infuse in a fridge for at least one hour, then filter into a bottle and store in the fridge.
